Upon registration, you will be asked to enter your email address as part of the registration process. SwingWire will not disclose your email address to others. SwingWire manages all list instant messaging and mail server functions internally. You control who receives your email address or instant messaging information. Should you choose not to receive email or instant message updates from SwingWire or any of its Cyber Analysts, your personal information and contact information, including email address, will not be revealed.

SwingWire uses information obtained from members in an ongoing effort to improve site experiences for all members of the SwingWire. SwingWire will not sell or share your personal information with third parties, unless you choose to submit your information willingly, i.e., a contest or drawing entry being offered by third party advertisers on the SwingWire. SwingWire may share demographic and other general information with its advertisers and partners, but such general information will not include data identifying a specific member unless required by law or as necessary to protect the rights or property of SwingWire.

SwingWire does not use cookies for authentication or authorization. SwingWire uses User ID's for authentication and tracking purposes. Only registered members will have site-wide access to the SwingWire.

SwingWire's Web servers collect standard usage information included in a general common log format. SwingWire uses this information internally to track usage of our site. Third party advertisers may receive standard Web server log information, as well.

SwingWire allows only registered members to examine the contents of your Trading Space. In the event there is a compelling, specific reason to have a non-registered member review your Trading Space, you will be notified thereof. Only under the foregoing circumstances will SwingWire share the contents of any particular Trading Space with non-registered members.
